Investment Real Estate Cap Rates

Whether you are just starting out in investment real estate or an old hand, it always helps to know the various criteria that assist you in judging whether an investment is good or bad. One criteria is capitalization rate or cap rate. If you are looking for investment properties in Boise Idaho, you need to know what the cap rate is for a specific property as well as the cap rate that similar properties are selling for.
